Using engineered wood flooring is a suitable option for any room providing you give it the love and attention it requires. This texture is best with a lacquered finish for protection and its essential you stay on top of your mopping and cleaning of the surface. It’s also wise to invest in aftercare products for engineered wood to replenish the shine and texture your floor.

The waterproof aspect also makes it durable for pets or any accidents! We recommended glueing on the flooring for greater structural stability and longevity. Engineered wood oak also has a capability of dealing with adjustments in moisture and temperature.
